Hollen Controls Limited (HCL) is a specialty company that provides environmental organizations such as the Municipal Water and Wastewater sector and airport environmental agencies with quality SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) System Solutions, Systems Integration, Instrument Calibrations, Equipment Supply and Installation, Custom Control Panel Assembly and Backflow Prevention Devices Testing and Repairs.
